Please join us at our beautiful island retreat center, nestled in the southeastern corner of Sri Lanka, on the coastline near the town of Tangalle.

What makes this retreat center different from others, is that we are cultivating a "home away from home" for yogi's and for the ashtanga, ayurveda and tantra communities.

We invite you to come, explore and share in this natural setting with like-minded people.

The center offers the opportunity for a quiet, secluded retreat, as well as the option to engage in plentiful activities with groups of people-your choice.

• Ongoing mysore Ashtanga classes 7:30-9:30 am

Accomodation:

• We are located on a secluded 3 acre private beach cove
• Bungalows and rooms: sing/dbl/dorm. We can accommodate up to 28 people.
• Restaurant overlooks private cove beach with outstanding view of vast Indian ocean
• Excellent restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner- serving both delicious Sri Lankan food (taste is a combination of India and Thai-lots of coconut curries) as well as western dishes‹Thai, Italian and Mexican specialty dishes! Yogic and Ayurvedic special meals too!! Fresh King coconuts to drink after practice, delicious tropical fruits and desserts

Room/Bungalow and Meals

Those on a budget can have accommodation, food and yoga classes for as low as $650.00 per month!!!

Transportation to and from the Airport:

*The center offers a private van door to door for $90.00(9000 rps) that will pick you up at the aiport and take you directly to the center. *Public buses are also available at various times for budget travelers, that go from Colombo city bus stand to Tangalle town for @200 rupees or $2.00! *The drive is 4-6 hours from airport depending on time of day and mode of transport. *The Retreat center is located at a place called ROCKY POINT BUNGALOWS, in Goyambokka; Near Palm Paradise, down a long dirt road on the ocean side, a few miles before the town of Tangalle.

VISA information:

If you are planning to spend more than 1 month your two visa options are:

1. Get visa a few months prior according to country of origin (6 months/1yr/5yrs) Sri Lankan embassy
2. Upon arrival, go immediately to immigration office and apply for extension. The whole process will take about an hour and is defined very clearly and accurately in the most current Sri Lanka Lonely Planet Guide, under visa information.

*If you are coming from Mysore, India it is a very easy, inexpensive, 1 hour flight, from Bangalore to Colombo. Prices are approx. $150-200 one way
